- Daman HagarAug 31, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Seriously insane. The bill is basically minimum $80 a month no matter how much you use. If you go above a certain number they charge you more. In most places that's called robbery, but when government does it, it's just another day. Online payment system is garbage, and I get a notice every few months or so stating they either failed, or failed to do some purity test that is required. Glad I pay so much for you to NOT do your jobs. Good going local government. You're absolute trash.
